Sometimes people have a problem downloading our models.
The most common reasons for a failed download are:
Leaving our website before downloading your model and not being able to log back on:
- Log onto your account by clicking on the My Account button – your user name and password were in the first email you received from us after creating an account or placing an order (if you think you did not receive an email, please check the spam or trash folder of your email application).
Failure to recognise the download link:
- Under My Account click on the “Downloads” button in the menu on the left hand side (third button down). You will reach a list of your purchased items. To the right of each purchased item there is a “Download” button.
- Alternatively, Under My Account click on the “Orders” button in the menu on the left hand side (second button down). You will reach a list of your orders. To the right of each order there is a “View” button. Click on the “View” button and the order details will appear. Under each purchased product name you will see the word “Download” and next to it a download link with the filename of the downloadable file (ie. “Lineside_Hut.zip”).
Not being aware where the file has been downloaded to on your computer:
- When you click on the download button your model will download to the location on your computer that your browser has specified downloads should be saved, or your browser will prompt you for a location (please check your browser preferences).
